This policy covers basantra.com, operated by Basantra Systems.

What we collect

The contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, work email, company, the interest you selected and your message. A hidden field catches automated spam and holds no information about you.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, and your browser and country.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to hello@basantra.com. We use what you send only to reply and to follow up on your request.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any work that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@basantra.com. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
